hello friends of Democracy Creative - you may have been wondering if we’d forgotten about this little project. Turns out starting a whole internet show thing is a lot of work and it fell on the backburner for a while. Oops. We hope to record and release interviews at a brisker clip in 2023.

We had a great time chatting last fall with Peter MacLeod, a Toronto-based expert on citizen deliberation who has been running citizens’ assemblies for over 15 years. We recently took his course on the subject, called “Working With The Public,” and really admire his eloquent and nuanced perspective on democracy reform in Canada and the world.
